TERMS ANd conditions
The terms and conditions (also referred to as «TERMS«) stated herein (collectively, this “AGREEMENT”) constitute a legal agreement between you (referred to as either the “CUSTOMER”, «YOU» or «YOUR») and MAMAPAPA LLC sometimes referred to as either MAMAPAPA SERVICES, MAMAPAPA, «We», «Us» or «Our» (the “COMPANY”). By using or receiving any goods or services supplied to the Customer by the Company together with the website located at https://www.mamapapa.us also referred to as «WEBSITE» (collectively, the “SERVICE”), and downloading, installing or using any associated software or mobile or tablet application supplied by the Company, the purpose of which is to enable the Customer to use the Service (collectively, the ”SOFTWARE”), the Customer hereby expressly acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and any future amendments and additions to this Agreement as published from time to time at https://www.mamapapa.us/terms-and-conditions.
The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement or its policies relating to the Services or Software at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement at https://www.mamapapa.us/terms-and-conditions. The Customer is responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement. Continued use of the Services or Software after any such changes shall constitute the Customer’s consent to such changes.
By using this Service, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Our Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your personal information when You use the Application or the Website. Company may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer access to or use of the Website to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time.
MAMAPAPA SERVICES are available only to, and may only be used by, individuals who are 18 years and older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful.
Individuals under the age of 18 must at all times use Service only in conjunction with and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age. In all cases, the adult is the merchant and is responsible for all activities.
You agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. In addition, you must abide by Company’s policies as stated in the Agreement (if applicable to your activities on or use of the Website) as well as all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Website, each of which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you.
HANDYMAN SERVICES
mamapapa.us is a website through which customers schedule cleaning and handyman services.
As usual, all cleaning services are provided by our employees, and handyman services are provided by contractors (also referred to as «Service Professionals»), who undergo a thorough preliminary check before performing work for you.
We will inform you in advance if the work is carried out by a contractor.
We assign a provider(s) to do the job based on their location and other criteria. Once a job has been completed by contractors Company collects payment from the customer and pays the provider(s). MAMAPAPA LLC takes a commission for introducing the parties if the work is completed by contractors. We do not allow cash transactions.
You understand and agree that Company acts as an agent and is not a party to agreements entered into between customers and providers if the work is carried out by a contractor. MAMAPAPA is not an employment agency and has no control over the conduct or suitability of customers and providers to complete the jobs, and that the satisfactory completion of a job is solely determined between the parties. It is a condition of use of the services that the parties acknowledge they have complete control over their own conduct and the outcome of the services, and MAMAPAPA LLC disclaims all liability in this regard.
Although we take steps to examine the credentials of our listed service professionals, we make no representations or guarantees regarding the skills or representations of such service professionals or the quality of their work. Service Professionals, we work with, warrant and represent that they, and their employees, contractors, subcontractors, agents or employees who may perform work for them, are certified, bonded, insured and properly and fully licensed, as required by applicable laws or regulations to which they may be subject in the jurisdiction or jurisdictions in which they offer their services and in relation to the specific service they offering.
Company may review license information provided by Service Professionals at the discretion of MAMAPAPA LLC, but cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any such information, or guarantee that a Service Professional is qualified to perform any given service. It is entirely up to you to evaluate a service professional’s qualifications; MAMAPAPA LLC does not endorse or recommend the services of any particular service professional. You are responsible for entering into a direct contract or otherwise reaching an agreement with a service professional. Service professionals are not employees of Company. MAMAPAPA LLC shall have no obligations or involvement if any dispute arises between you and the Service Professional.
IF THERE IS A DISPUTE BETWEEN WEBSITE USERS AND ANY THIRD PARTY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT MAMAPAPA LLC IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO BECOME INVOLVED. Site users are responsible for taking safety measures prior to engaging into an agreement with a Service Professional. MAMAPAPA LLC is not responsible for any safety precautions. Safety precautions include validating member’s (customer verifies pro; pro verifies customers) criminal records, certifications, credentials, etc. You are solely responsible for taking reasonable precautions and make whatever investigation or inquiries you deem necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any online or offline transaction with any third party, including without limitation, Service Professionals and Service Users.
MAMAPAPA LLC is not responsible if the work is carried out by a contractor. Applicable federal, state, and local laws govern the terms of any contracts between you and service professionals. We will inform you in advance if the work is carried out by a contractor.
Any disputes between you and a professional will be resolved between you and the contractor directly. YOU HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE ANY OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, MEMBERS, SUCCESSORS, ATTORNEYS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS OF MAMAPAPA LLC AND FROM ANY DAMAGES OR CLAIMS (INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES) OF EVERY KIND OR NATURE, SUSPECTED AND UNSUSPECTED, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, AND DISCLOSED OR UNDISCLOSED, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH SUCH DISPUTES AND YOUR DEALINGS WITH SERVICE PROFESSIONALS.
ACCOUNT & REGISTRATION
When you create an account on our Website, you agree to the following: 1. You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account; and 2. All personal information you provide to us through your account is up-to-date, accurate, and truthful and you will update your personal information if it changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are using our Site illegally or if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
It is possible to register with Website using login information with other third party social networking sites including, but not limited to Facebook. If you use Facebook or other third-party social networking sites you warrant that you are entitled to disclose to MAMAPAPA LLC your third-party login information without breach of the terms and conditions of the third-party site. By granting us access to your third-party account you acknowledge that MAMAPAPA LLC will access certain information and may store and use this information.
When you create an Account with MAMAPAPA LLC we ask you to provide information about yourself, including payment information. You warrant that the information you provide is true, that it relates to you and is entirely accurate. We may, at our sole discretion, take steps to validate any identification, payment or other information you provide to us. We may use third party agencies to undertake this validation, and in accepting these Terms you accept we may take such steps to confirm your identity and other details you provide. We may reject the creation of an Account at our absolute discretion.
When you register as a MAMAPAPA LLC Provider we will ask you for more information, which may include ID, proof of address, social security number and right to work in the USA. We may ask you for evidence that you hold public liability insurance. We also ask for your bank account details. It is a condition of registering with us as a Provider that you hold a USA bank account into which payments from MAMAPAPA LLC will be made. It is a condition for contractors to provide us with your contractor business license copy.
As a User of the Services you agree to the following:
To register and create an account for your personal or business use only. You may not authorize others to use your account and you may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity. You may register only one account. You are responsible for keeping any registration details confidential including your password. You acknowledge that MAMAPAPA LLC is not responsible for any third party access to your account and the consequences thereof, howsoever caused.
You are responsible for all information that you add to the website and mobile app. Details of how we may use any information and content are provided in the Privacy Policy.
Cleaners Arrival Window
We schedule our cleanings in an order that requires the least amount of drive time in an effort to maintain low prices & avoid trip fees, if you require a specific time we will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, no times are guaranteed. Due to the unpredictable nature of our business & unforeseen circumstances traffic jams, weather, and mechanical problems, we can not guarantee to arrive on time If we are running late we will call you and/or text you.
Loss or Breakage/Damage Policy
While an occurrence is rare, the possibility of breakage or damage is present while we clean. Our cleaners exercise reasonable care when cleaning your home, we carry insurance for damage or breakage caused by our cleaners.
Artwork, Collectibles or Family Heirlooms valued over $100 — These items are expensive and/or impossible to replace. In that case, we do not assume the risk of cleaning such items. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform, in writing, of any item(s) that fall into this category before starting service.
Improperly hung pictures/decorations/mirrors — If these items are securely/properly attached to the wall, they should not fall when the item is dusted/wiped.
We are not liable for damage that is caused by normal wear & tear, improper installation of an item in your home, artwork, collectibles, or family heirlooms not disclosed during the booking process, these items include but are not limited.
Please advise us how you would like some your fragile items handled & their care before starting service.
Notification must be made within 24 hours of breakage/loss of any personal items. Identical replacement is always attempted but not guaranteed. The absolute limit on any damage claim that we accept is $100 or up to the total of the Job.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We ask you to make any changes, cancellations, or additional requests by 48 hours prior to your cleaning. If you have to cancel with less than 48 hours notice we will charge a $80 cancellation fee. If you provide us with less than 24 hours notice or same-day cancellations we will charge you 100% of your scheduled service amount.
The client shall make the service location accessible to our Cleaning Services personnel on the scheduled service day and time. If the team is locked out of the Client’s home, every effort will be made to establish contact with the Client to arrange for entry into the home, If contact is not made within 20 minutes of the arrival of the cleaning team, the scheduled cleaning will be skipped & you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service amount, this fee is necessary to compensate the employees for unexpected lost revenue & time travel. To avoid the fee provide us with a key or code to gain entry to your home in time.
The client can only reschedule their cleaning 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment with a maximum of 2 counts. More than 2 will forfeit their $80 and will automatically convert it to a cancelation fee. From time to time, we may need to cancel your appointment last minute due to but not limited to, an emergency or an overbooking. This does not usually happen, but on occasion, it does. If such last-minute cancellation occurs, MAMAPAPA LLC is not liable. Booking service online doesn’t guarantee you a spot for that date/time, you will be contacted by email or phone with a confirmation.
In order to reserve your cleaning date and time, a deposit of $80 will be applied.
This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE but deductible from the total cleaning price.
The $80 booking confirmation fee will automatically convert into a cancellation fee in case you fail to notify us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. The $80 is non-refundable which means you will have to pay another deposit when booking again.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to deny /or terminate service because of safety concerns, inappropriate or uncomfortable situations, weapons on-premises, severe clutter & disconnected utilities, no air conditioning.
Our employees have the choice to leave if the home is in an extremely unsanitary condition or if they feel unsafe/threatened. If you book a cleaning that is unreasonable, the cleaners may refuse service on the spot & you will be charged the cancellation fee.
We will gladly work around pets. We ask that indoor activity be limited for cleaning efficiency & safety reasons, if your pet becomes anxious or presents a safety concern, Company reserves the right to remove its employees from your home.
Our employees are instructed not to enter a house if they believe an animal is a threat, pets may behave differently if a family member is not present. If the removal of our cleaning technician is due to aggressive pets, our cancellation policy will apply.
We are very mindful and careful about your pets but we do not assume liability for the health and safety of your pets
If the condition of your home is much worse than predicted, we do have permission to either adjust the price or refuse the service.
PAYMENTS & CARD PRE-AUTHORIZATION
The card will be charged after the service has been completed for the final amount.
This will include any extras, or additional fees that may have been adding during the time of the service. When a Job is completed MAMAPAPA LLC calculates the final amount to be paid, including applicable discounts.
When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
The Customer agrees to hold sufficient funds in their account to pay the final amount as it becomes due. MAMAPAPA LLC does not accept cash payments.
Our Contractors are paid up to 10 working days after the Customer has paid for the Job, directly into a nominated bank account.
When a Customer books a service we may pre-authorize payment of a minimum of $1 on the payment card added to the website. A booking will only be finished when the pre-authorization is successfully received. This pre-authorization will be released if the Job is canceled (rescheduled less than 48 hours before the appointment and other cases described in terms) or at the time of final payment. Typically the pre-authorized amount is equal to or around the job amount.
We reserve the right to take the pre-authorization amount in the event the payment for a job is not fully collected and you accept our right to do this.
MAMAPAPA SERVICES may use Payment Services at our complete discretion to facilitate payment card processing. We are not responsible for the performance of the Payment Services.
MAMAPAPA LLC does not directly hold payment card information.
PRICING
Our instant prices are based on years of experience, but we may adjust the price based on the actual condition of the house. To ensure there are no surprises when we arrive & find that the job will require extra time we’ll call you to let you know. If we are unable to reach you, the crew will have to leave & you will be charged the cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to reevaluate rates at any time based on the time it takes to perform our service to meet the client’s standards, We will contact the client to discuss price or service revisions if the cleaning time differs drastically from the original bid.
Flat-Rate Pricing:
Flat-rate pricing consists of a standard charge based on the details of a home and requested home service and add-on charges based on additional parameters selected by the Requester.
Hourly-Rate Pricing:
Hourly-Rate pricing consists of a standard rate per-provider, per-hour. As an example, 2 providers for 2 hours will be x and 1 provider for 2 hours will be 1/2 of x. The actual charge will vary based on the amount of time required for the cleaning. The total hours will be rounded up to the nearest full hour.
Our hourly rates are now $50/worker hours. The min visit charge of $150 for 1 worker for 2.5 hours. Remember that these charges also cover the worker’s drive time, medical insurance, as well as all supplies, equipment, HEPA filters, insurance and fuel. In an effort to recruit as well the best cleaners we have to offer a competitive wage and benefits package, so these rates are a direct result of these offerings and expenses.
The quote is subject to change depending on the overall condition of your home and the confirmation that correct home details were provided by the Requester. If during your home service you change your requested Services or our cleaners confirm that the home details as provided by the Requester are incorrect or false, we may cancel the service and/or charge an adjusted home service fee based on the true details of the home and the conditions in the home. MAMAPAPA LLC does not guarantee that the quoted service price will not change, especially when details or conditions of the home were not represented accurately or fully by the Requester when booking the Service
Recurring Service Discount
Recurring discounts start after the first cleaning service, if you skip cleanings so that your cleaning’s frequency is lower than what you were set up for, your price will be increased to the pricing level for the lower frequency. Client’s cleaning rate adjustments may be made at any time during the year should there be changes to the frequency of the client’s established service schedule or home or living situation: remodel, change of address, a significant addition of furniture.
Cleaning Day Preparation
Your price for cleaning is based on the cleaners focusing all of their time on cleaning, we ask that you take a few minutes to tidy up to allow the cleaners easy access to the areas/surfaces to be cleaned: floors, countertops, tabletops, etc. If you’d like our cleaners to do these tasks for you, call the office in advance so your cleaning fee can be adjusted for the additional time. If your home is equipped with a security system, please ensure that it is in the off position or call our office with the code & proper directions for use. If the code should change please let us know so you do not incur a lockout charge.
KEYS
At our Company, we prioritize the security of our clients’ homes. Instead of us holding the keys, we kindly request that our customers provide a lockbox where you can store your house key securely inside the lockbox outside your residence.
Once we finish the cleaning service, we will return the key to the lockbox and lock it securely. By following this procedure, we aim to ensure the safety of our client’s homes while still providing convenient access for our cleaning team.
In the unfortunate event that a client chooses to leave a door unlocked or place a key in an unsecured location, MAMAPAPA LLC cannot be held liable for any damages or theft that may occur.
PARKING
Please provide parking convenience for Service Providers. If there’s no free parking available, we will charge your card the parking fee. If there’s no parking available the appointment will be considered “canceled” and 100% of your scheduled service amount cancellation fee will be applied if Service Providers have to leave due to parking inconvenience.
Communications Policy
MAMAPAPA SERVICES relies heavily on open communication with our cleaning teams to provide excellent service. That means they may be on their phones taking calls, texting or taking photographs while cleaning. These communications are crucial to maintaining a high-quality service and something we encourage.
We understand some customers prefer teams to stay off their phones while cleaning. We’ll make every effort to maintain this. However, some calls, text, and photos may be required to maintain quality.
Use Of Homeowner’s Vacuum
If you request to use your vacuum, we will not assume or accept any liability for damage to the unit. Since we are not responsible for the maintenance of the vacuum, we will not be responsible for any repairs to it. This is important because if the vacuum is not in working order when we arrive to clean your home, we will not be able to perform any vacuuming of carpet & hard floor surfaces.
Cleaning Supplies
We provide the equipment & products needed to thoroughly clean your home, if you require us to use green cleaning products only, please let us know before we start the service. If you require to use your cleaning supplies, note that we are not responsible for any damage associated with those products. When this request is made we ask that you have the cleaning chemicals & supplies ready so we can perform our cleaning service as efficiently as possible.
Refunds / Re-Cleans
We do not offer refunds, we have built our business providing our clients with the best possible service available, still, we realize that we are human, and things will from time to time, should this happen email or call us within 24 hours & we will rectify the error at no charge.
Any re-cleans will not be done if not contacted within 24 hours of the cleaning with photos emailed of missed areas. Company has the right to determine if a Re-clean should be offered. Re-clean must be scheduled within 3 days of the origional cleaning.
WHAT WE CAN NOT DO
Mold removal is a specialty, we cannot be liable for any mold-related risks in clients’ homes.
We cannot clean hoarding homes or areas containing any animals & humans’ body fluids, blood, feces, vomit, cat litter boxes, bird cages & urine, or excretions.
For safety & liability reasons our employees can’t climb higher than a step stool.
Cleaners can’t move objects more than 25 pounds, if you would like to clean behind heavy objects, please move them prior to cleaning.
Recommendations and Reviews
Company reserves the right to leave a review on customer behalf if feedback is provided over the phone to a representative. Customer can modify this review at any time from inside their dashboard.
Offers, Promotions and Referrals
MAMAPAPA LLC may make available to you offers, discounts and other promotions, including our referral programs (each a “Promotion,” collectively “Promotions”). Promotions may expire and are subject to change without notice. Promotions, including payments and rewards received as a result of any Promotion, are nontransferable and cannot be combined with any other Promotion or redeemed for cash.
Payments and rewards may be subject to state and federal taxes. MAMAPAPA LLC may require you to submit a completed I.R.S W-9 form as a condition of eligibility for any Promotion and issue I.R.S. form 1099-MISC to you as a result of receiving any payment or reward in connection with any Promotion. Promotions are subject to additional terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions of any Promotion, the terms and conditions of the promotions will control.
You will also be entitled to receive the Refer a Friend Bonus (the “Refer Bonus”) if: following a referral by you of a friend to MAMAPAPA LLC (in accordance with the referral procedure of MAMAPAPA LLC), the friend opens a user account on our Website. When gaining a lot of referral credits you must make sure each credit comes from a new invite friend or one per household.
There is no limit on the number of Refer Bonuses you may receive, subject to these terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that an Refer Bonus will be granted once per Friend. MAMAPAPA LLC’s decision is final on all matters relating to the awarding of the Refer Bonus and shall not be subject to review or appeal by you or any third party.
HOLIDAYS
The company does not do holiday visits.
If your scheduled day falls on a holiday, we will contact you to reschedule, the following holidays will be observed: Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year.
Website Information
Not all pages on the site may be 100% correct or up to date. We are not liable for any information you may have read on a web page.
Unless we give you written permission in advance, any other use of this website, its content, and its information, including linking or framing to this website, is strictly prohibited.
We may use the photos of our work on our social media — without any of your identifiable information in the photo, e.g. a sink, a stove, a vacant space, etc.

We reserve the right to terminate your registration and/or deny you access if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you are violating these Terms of Use, or applicable law, or that your conduct is harmful to us, our interests or the interests of another user, a third-party provider, merchant, sponsor, licensor, or service provider.
Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in our Privacy Policy, all User Communications will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary information. Accordingly, please do not post, upload, submit, or share any User Communications you wish to be kept confidential.
We may send you any notices by email to the address that you have provided. You will be deemed to have received a notice at the time that the email is sent. Please keep your email address information up to date.
Promocodes and Vouchers
Company may at our discretion issue a Promocode (or Voucher) to a Customer offering a discount from the total price of a Job. Such Promo codes are one-time usage codes, have a finite expiry date, and may only be applied one code per job. If the full value of a Promo code is not used in a Job the residual unused value will be lost. A Promo code may be withdrawn at any time at our sole discretion.
Only one promo code may be used per household. We do not guarantee a Promocode may be applied to any particular Job.
In order for the Promo code to be applied to a Job it must be entered into the app/site before the completion of a Job. The Customer will be still be required to enter a payment card when a Promocode is used in order that any payment in excess of the value of the Promocode may be charged.
DISCLAIMER
Owners and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Website.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MAMAPAPA LLC and its subsidiaries, agents, licensors, managers, and other affiliated companies, and their employees, owners, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from your use of any cleaning and (or) handyman services received by you and performed by our representatives, any alleged or actual loss or damage to property (including your residence), resulting from the performance of our services.
The materials on this website are provided «as is» without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of intellectual property.
MAMAPAPA LLC expressly disclaims any duty to update or revise the materials on this website, although we may modify the materials at any time without notice. Your use of this website is at your sole risk, and you assume full responsibility for any costs associated with your use of this website. MAMAPAPA LLC shall not be liable for any damages of any kind related to your use of this website.

Poaching and Recruitment
As our customer, we ask that you agree not to solicit or hire any of our cleaning employees to work directly for you. Our professional cleaners are background checked, their references verified & have completed comprehensive cleaning training. Significant time, resources & money are invested in each new employee before we allow them to enter our customer’s homes.
Professional house cleaners working with MAMAPAPA have agreed, in writing, that they or their family and friends will not accept direct employment from any Customer of MAMAPAPA. This agreement is in full force and effective during the time that professional house cleaners are working with Company and for a period of one year after the termination of their agreement with Company. Given this, we respectfully ask that you do not directly solicit or engage the service of any professional house cleaner, except through MAMAPAPA.
If you prefer hiring a current or former employee a $2000 referral fee will be charged. Once the Customer has paid the referral fee, Company will no longer be responsible for monitoring and managing the professional house cleaner, including, but not limited to liability protection, information security, scheduling, government taxes, quality of services, and any other act pertaining to the daily work duties of the employee.
