PREPARATION

Clear the area that needs to be cleaned of any objects and clutter, such as clothing, toys, and others. To create a clear workspace — please move any furniture that needs to be cleaned underneath

INSPECTION

We determine physical defects, fiber type, furniture age, color fastness, and stainings. We choose the most appropriate cleaning method. We ensure the method selected is safe for your upholstery, whether it’s steam cleaning, dry cleaning, or foam cleaning.

Pre-Vacuuming

Our team uses a vacuum to remove any loose dirt and debris

SPOT TREATING & Pre-Treatment of Stains

Our technicians spot-treat any areas that need extra attention. We apply specialized cleaning solutions to any stains, focusing on removing them without damaging the fabric

DEEP CLEANING

We use our hot water extraction cleaning method. We pump hot water (organic shampooing solution) into your upholstery to release dirt, using a machine to work the shampoo deep into the fibers.

Steam Extraction

Then, we will use a high-powered steam-extraction machine to remove the shampoo and dirt from the carpet or upholstery. This process will remove any excess moisture and dirt from the fibers

Final inspection

To be sure that everything is 100% good and meets our high standards of cleanliness. We also seek your feedback to ensure your complete satisfaction with the service provided

PROTECTION AND DEODORIZING (Odor Treatment)

We can apply additional protector to extend the life of your upholstery cleaning and defend against everyday wear and tear. It extends the life of the fabric, keeping it looking fresh and new for longer.
Our team can use deodorizer to remove odors from your upholstery. It neutralizes odors at their source rather than simply covering up the smell and your upholstery smelling fresh and clean.
